I am the same way. I have a problem reaching 1200 calories a day. Im not hungry. I have been power walking/ jogging 4.5 miles a day and now i have gain 2 lbs :( Any suggestions? I am currently at 137 and want to get down to 127. PLEASE HELP!!!
