Thanks for posting the article Karen! I really DO believe there is a direct link to what we eat, our hormone balance and how we feel. I've just started to put some of the tactics in place from that book I'm reading and just in a couple days I feel a bit better... and the bigger pay off...the scale FINALLY started moving…
