What an awesome NSV!!! I just posted about one on my profile ... I cannot keep my undies up!!! It made me laugh so hard! :-) Gotta love those NSVs... they keep us going when the scale is not going anywhere (mumble, mumble ... damn stupid scale ... mumble).

JulieO... you're a female... so the answer is yes, you're probably being too hard on yourself. :-) That being said, it's never too early to learn how to eat healthily, make sure you exercise, etc. Make sure you're seeing a doctor on a regular basis ... there are warning signs for when paying attention to being healthy…

Oh, and I sent out a few friend requests for those who didn't send one to me! I'd love to have more friends who are on similar journeys to mine! I'll be heading to Vegas in a few weeks and I'll need the help and reminder to stay on track. But I guess I'll be doing plenty of walking, so maybe it will be a good thing ...…

I use a little mustard and some milk to cut down on the amount of mayo needed to make it creamy. Also ... Miracle Whip (if you like it) is slightly less calories/fat, etc.
