  • Those estimates given were too low! If you are an active riding getting up, down, shifting weight and riding on un-even ground then you are definitely buring more like 600-700 calories an hour IMO.
  • :smile: Congratulations !! That is spectacular. The energy you have now should be harnessed for every day that is a hard day. Take a video of yourself and the joy you have and you play that back when you feel like it's a struggle. Let me know if you have to ever pull that video out. Congrats!!
  • Similar but different. Depending on the intensity you are looking for you may want to look at TurboFire (Same creator of TJ Chalene Johnson) but a much more intense workout. Let me know if you want to see a video link of it. I've been doing it for a few years via a "turbokick" format. Excellent Cardio Burn!
