I completed C25k back in December. I'm about to run my first 10k on Saturday and I'm so scared! I'm totally unprepared! LOL I'll be walking A LOT!!! But c25k is totally awesome! Week 4 sucks so anyone who is on it, just do your best and it will make week 5 that much easier!

Advocare. It's a 10 day cleanse and it is gentle, so it is not going to strip your colon of necessary bacteria like many others do! You still will see results, but it is a 10 day thing. you CAN eat relatively normally (low fat no sugar is recommended) while you do it!

I'm new too! I have been running since October and can't seem to lose weight. My doctor is running a full thyroid panel and if it's not that, we'll explore hormonal issues, but in the meantime she told me to count calories! HOW RUDE! LOL Good luck!
