Favorites are any arm balance or inversion. Least favorite is half moon pose. It looks so easy, but I struggle.

I log as high impact aerobics. I get a calorie count of 445 for 1 hour, which is still under what the people in my class who wear hrm.

My best tips for balancing are to pick one spot to focus on like a previous post said, but also I always think about holding in my abdominals and pulling up on my pelvic floor (like your stopping the flow when you pee). When I keep my core held in tight, I can balance for much longer.

You might try bringing your feet in closer (towards your hands) and lifting your hips up higher. I can get my feet flat, but I don't usually do it. I just prefer to have them slightly lifted off the floor. PS: my profile pic is not me, it's the pose I'd love to perfect.

I never track cleaning calories. In my opinion, the only time it would apply is if you are a professional house cleaner or spend more than 3 hours in one day cleaning. Do you wear a hrm? How do you know you burn so many calories. I take the same class and have no idea how many calories I burn.
