I went down 11 lbs in about 3 weeks and also seem stuck however, I was eating oatmeal every morning and got sick of it so switched it up for eggs or other stuff but I think the oatmeal is what worked best. I have knee issues as well but find I can dance fine so I put my fav on every morning, ..... Mama Mia movie and dance to all the songs. Then keep other favorite music on when I am doing dishes, laundry, etc, it keeps me moving and keeps me mentally up!

If you are working out a lot, are you gaining muscle? Isn't muscle heavier than fat?
