I started clean eating in Jan and made the mistake and fell for the myth , I thought i could eat anything and everything as long as it was whole food. Im going through the same thing right now. I have to make myself eat. Just use this oppurtunity to eat as healthy as possible can \. You dont have to reach 1889 a day just.dont go to low on your cal intake you should be just fine.

I just started yesterday I was scared but I loved it. Im going to keep trying I feel great so far. Just hope I dont lose any muscle mass while doing it.
