Being mindful of what I eat the rest of the day is a really good tip. Leaving enough calories to make sure dinner will put me at a healthy net, but also leave a bit of room for a larger dinner. Today I cycles about 20 kilometers, so that makes up for a lot. I'm going to try my best to be extra active each day :)

I'm 5'11 and was between 150 and 160 at the time of my current profile picture :) I'm guessing more towards the 160 side, don't really remember when the picture was taken.

Eat at a calorie deficit to lose fat off of your body. There is no point in trying to spot reduce. However, it is very useful to do strength training to gain muscle and that will make you look more toned. Good luck! :)

Crystal, Thanks for that tip, rubbing the meat with oil is something I hadn't considered yet! I'm worried that using too little oil when cooking may make the meat stick to the pan though. I've heard about the cooking sprays, but only use those when baking, to coat the inside of the pans. Sunflower oil tastes a bit more…
