I can regularly get around 20K ish a day. But, I walk A LOT at work, and take a variety of classes (kick-boxing etc.) so the steps add up. I too see people with 50K plus and I don't get it either. I do join challenges though, because I know I'm legit stepping, and want to beat everyone, lol...I'm not competitive at all…

I'm one that takes it off as soon as I walk in the door. Only wear one when I'm out and about or at work. I'm not working with much in the way of boobs so, not too big of a deal...literally lol.

AWESOME!! This is one I have yet to do :S...but this week it is going to happen!! I usually go with a friend, or i just walk outside by myself or with the dog depending on how long i'm going for...but gym by myself will be a huge step in the right direction!!!!! :)

Spending time with my man! :) Decided to do a raclette which I love, but keep it healthy :) lots of seafood and veggies and well yeah probably some wine! ;)

I did regular graham waffers with chopped up strawberries in light cool whip and froze them......AWESOME!! I find not having icecream and all the other great stuff we love like chips and chocolate aftera while I'm getting used to not having it and really truely enjoy these light versions. :)
