  • As of Sep. 15 (13 miles down.... 37 to go) Tues 9/18: Ran 2 miles and walked 1.5 miles (16.5 down.... 33.5 miles to go!!)   • Thanks to a MFP friend on here I discovered skinnytaste.com It has healthier versions of some of our meals including enchiladas, carnitas, chuletas, rice etc!!!!! Check it out and hope it helps!

  • I agree! On a treadmill I can run 3-4 miles straight no problem but outdoors I can barely do 2 miles before I feel like I am going to pass out LOL!!!

  • OMG that is great! I can do the push ups. surprisingly I am having trouble with the lunges and it sucks because I had gotten so good at them before I slacked off! Oh well now I have to build up again! Cant wait for the 30 days to see results!
  • Dont quit! Level 1 gets easy soon and that could be a reason why you feel bored! Move up to level 2...trust me you wont feel bored there! I hated level 2 because it is very challenging! Or another option would be to mute jillian and put on some music to pump you up!!!!

  • i find i am better off not taking days off because then 1 leads to 2 and then I find myself having to start all over! I really think whatever works best for you! I have seen some people take 1 day off a week and they still get great results!

  • Glad to see I will have someone else working out at level and day! I felt bad because I am about a week behind! I might double on some days as I start getting closer to the end of level 1 (or so I say)!!
  • I should have been right along with all you ladies but fell off the wagon over the weekend so I am starting over today! So as of today it is day 1 level 1 for me again! Stick to it ladies! I have seen great results with this workout in the past we just gotta stick with the 30 days straight!!!! Good luck!
  • hate side lunges with arm raises! My shoulders have always been bad so this kills me! I can do the side lunges but DAMN those arm raises!

  • Agree about the jillian workouts they are good and you will tone and still loose weight!
