Dont worry about the weight gain! It is actually very common for you to gain at the beginning and sometimes throught, but you do loose lots of inches. Great job on completing week 1!

Well I didnt want to wait until April either so I started running last week. This week I am running every other day and I will attempt to get in my strength training DVD tomorrow morning! Only a few days until APRIL!!!!!

I was suppossed to start yesterday and well....I didnt! I did go for a walk with the kids but not the actual program. That would be a good idea. I am not a runner myself, but would definitely like to start with the c25k program and get it started. I want to run 3 days a week at least and work on my endurance!
