I log everything that I put into my body. Sometimes I have to estimate my calories, but I try to get it as close as possible.

I always overcook chicken. I'm terrified of not cooking it long enough and getting sick.

I used to get really brutal headaches at least five days a week. Even Advil wouldn't help. But, I've been eating healthy for almost three weeks now, and they've almost disappeared. I also have less stomachaches too. All this, and a smaller waistline. Winning! :) :)

I've been making pizza on wraps to curb my fast food cravings. Take a wrap, spread some sauce on, pile with your fave veggies. sprinkle on some low fat cheese, and put it in the oven. Just keep an eye on it, because it crisps up pretty fast.

My standby is a peanut butter and jam sandwich, with an apple on the side. It's quick and easy, and if you get calorie friendly bread and peanut butter, not too bad for you.
