I'd like to stay around 1000 calories Net and keep my carbs under 100g and protein over 80g. You can add me and we can start today. So far, I've burned 805 calories today doing Shaun T's Rockin Body. I don't want to make my diary public. Is there a way to just share it with my partners?

I feel like he may be having me do easier stuff because I am a beginner (or maybe female). Like, I do squats with Dumbbells but never with the bar. I want results! Why is the Smith Machine useless? He said that it doesn't lighten the weight at all.
