  • I log everything! At first I didn't add little things like ketchup or mayo until I realized just how many calories can be in just a few tablespoons... I even track diet sodas since I know how much sodium can be in them.
  • My advice is to just stop looking at the scale! Its what I do when I feel like I've slowed down too much is I just avoid even looking at the scale. You can try measuring yourself instead but I try to avoid doing that too so I don't get discouraged. Just have faith that the weight will come off in time because it will! :)
  • I love her blog and just had to try out this recipe too! I followed Katie's original recipe but used 2% milk instead of water, omitted the egg, and used 3 TBSP of brown sugar to give it an extra sweet taste. They were the best pancakes I've ever tasted!!!!
  • I'm 4'11'' but I like to say 5'0'' when I want to make myself sound taller! ;) Since I'm so short every little pound shows... I'm not very active and I've never been a big eater but when I got serious about slimming down I learned just how many calories were really in the things I do eat! It was crazy to learn how quickly…
