I lost 1lb this week and that gives me 5lb until my 100lb off target!!!! I can smell it it is so close!

can you take a measurement o your body fat? at the drug store or something, then go back and see the measurement in a few weeks - at least this way you will know it is fat that is going? Know how you feel hun, I have an 8 year old and a disabled (blind) hubby - all too often the responsibility falls to me, it is tiring. BUT you are worth it, stick at it - best advice i can give is take 10 min every evening to plan the following day - then try to stick with this. It won't always work but it really helps me.

If your exercising hard I think you need to be on a minimum of 1400/1500, give yourself some time

Have you measured? It is possibe that you have lost inches but not weight? Stick at it - you can do it - it just takes time I promise. I have been at it 2 years and have lost 90lb now, it can be done but patience is key. Try ignoring your scale for 10 days you might see a difference then. Is your diary open maybe I can…
