I am sorry I don't have exact calories or fat content, but as it is flour free, and is made with just egg whites it is fairly healthy compared to other cakes. Enjoy :)

So it's a DVD work-out? If so, I am not sure then.. as I pay a heck of a lot for my gym membership and don't want to waste it by just doing my exercise at home. It sounds great though, maybe it is something to try later on in the year for me.. xxx

Risotto is really nice for lunch and very filing too. If you shop around Mimi you can get some really healthy ones with not many cals! And yes the suggestion if rice salad is a great one. I am also having the same lunch problems, I end up just having salad or soup, salad or soup haha T xx

I had never heard of this before, and as soon as I read this post I thought "I eat almost nothing with iron in it, let me try it" I wear two rings on my fingers, one gold, one silver. I just tried it on my hands, and it left black marks also! Seriously need to get myself some iron tablets. Thanks everyone.:flowerforyou:

Yes I know they taste great like that, that's how I like them! You have to scratch your eye balls out to get them in the UK. Wagamama sell them as a starter in their resturants, with sprinkle of salt and chilil flakes. Lovely!! :happy:
