Hi I've used this app & got to week 6, I slipped on my ankle so rested for 3 weeks. I've now picked the app up again at week 3 & love it. I use it along with Nike+ GPS that way I can see how far I've covered, calories burnt & listen to all my favourite tracks :) Good luck.

Hi I've just started on this site, down loaded the app several weeks ago but never got going. I'm not sure how you add friends but would like to meet people on here to keep motivated.
