  • Sorry but there is no scientific proof this works..lets face it, exercise and eating a controlled healthy diet that you turn into a lifestyle is the only way to go.. I have tried a lot of quackery in the past, but I always end up back to eating properly, watching your portion sizes and moving your butt!.
  • I'm in, I need to drop 6kg by March 3 as I need to be below 30 BMI by that time.trying to donate a kidney for my hubby..
