  • I love Zumba, what a blast to have fun while burning tons calories. I am 57 and Zumba 2 to 4 days a week - keeps the weight off !!

  • Congratulations don't be discouraged . Just a small calorie increase and try high intensity intervals- yes lot's of water too.
