@KarlaYP is that across the board, that the human body prefers burning fat to carbs, across the board or more on a body-by-body basis? @jamiecharles i subtract them manually when i enter a new food (if it looks like it is not already removed). when i create a recipe for entering, i do not even bother adding in the erythritol in the ingredients list

in addition to what everyone else said, there is the potential gain/loss refusal triggered by nursing and the body's response to making sure there is enough for baby. it might be something to check with a dr/nutritionist about as well (to keep both you and baby healthy)

I think a scale is beneficial and then you can ween yourself off if desired. I use one to accurately gauge portions (my problem is that without one, I don’t get as much as I put down, which leads to hunger and binges). I am _starting_ to guesstimate (and validate) so I can travel without one or log portions when work takes…

Not alleviation; however, I am able to go longer than I used to between doses (for when I forget in the morning or if I’m it takes longer than expected to get to the pharmacy). Instead of noticing within 24-36 hours, I can make it 3-5 days.

@VeronicaMarie27 morning, night, and occasionally after/before the first meal of the day (depending on how late in the day my first meal is). I don’t know if it is why the group decided on sundays, but there is scientific evidence that Monday’s cause weight gain and weekends cause weight loss (as with all things, YMMV)
