So its "ok" to not be accountable for undereaters or Anorexics? I binge eat....its not overeating. Its binge-ing ALOT. I don't want to put blame on anyone but myself BUT it actually is a sickness I would rather NOT have.

So the question I ask is what kind of workouts did you do? I have been on here since 3/11 and have only lost 50 some lbs and yes, I want this but having a hard time ........my metabolism sucks and the weight wont come off then I get discouraged and eat. :(

Well.....I am over 200lbs and can fit into a size 12 but mostly a size 13/14. I am 5 '6 1/2....all bodies are different. I carry my weight evenly but more so in hips and thighs.

I usually burn more than 150 calories hence the "+" after 150 just using that as a low end average....sometimes up to 300...depending on exercise....I have been walking/riding bike rather than doing DVD's (Jillian Michaels, Turbo fire, any Beachbody ones) to see if that changes anything. So I should change my calorie…

Unless I am doing it wrong on calculations.....I used Fitness Frog.... Help!! I am 35, 5.6 1/2 and 210lbs.....today anyway......I am mod active...exercise 3 or more days per week and always burn 150+ calories.......I have gained and lost same 10lbs the last yr! I NEED HELP ON THIS!

I don't believe this hype.....Mine would calculate out to be 2118 calories needed to lose and I have tried 2,000 cals per day at Dr's request and gained weight.

I never wear shoes when I do my DVDs......even the jumping doesn't bother me. My knees are already shot from all the excess weight anyway.

I think the reason people are so pissed is ....yes.....they are jealous. BUT fast results isn't always the best route to go. I have been on here for a little over 2 years and have lost 60lbs ONLY. I smoke to help alleviate depression, OCD and panic attacks. Not everyday but when I have some , yes. It can obviously affect your eating. As far as motivation just workout before you light up. Make it your lil reward for busting your *kitten*......then have breakfast! :)

I used the Food Mover in my early 20's with great success. Lost about 40lbs in a short amount of time and that was with still drinking a lot of beer! (single days! :drinker: ) I think he is a great motivator also!

don't buy em' even tho kids beg for them....as a kid we had them ALOT.....good ole fashioned frosted Cherry with the sprinkles on it.....the Pumpkin Spice ones they have around the holidays are good too.

Hey.....I hardly have any pals on here that are dudes! Been on since 3/11 after 2nd kid was born. Lost 60lbs but gained a few.....Halloween-Easter sucks me in! Mid 30's SAHM in this for the long haul. And I too, want to be under 200lbs! Ughhhh!

I am doing it but not everyday. I did about 2 weeks of Level 1...just did Level 2 Saturday and could hardly make it thru it! I did Level 3 Yesterday and it was sooo much easier! I think I may just omit Level 2 altogether!

AGREED....^^^^ just work it into your daily calorie allotment. You are human. You deserve to have good food that you enjoy.
