Yes, a Weider Home gym.....thanks for the info on the book. I just need to find something that is gonna start the losing process again. I still have about 35-40lbs more to go.

Thanks guys. I just think I need more weight training....but its so much easier to follow a dvd than do it alone on the home gym. I have tried P90X and Insanity ....I didn't like either. What would be a good balance? I currently do 5-6/days per week 20-40 minute DVDs....I switch different ones everyday.....I have about 10…

Marie Callendar and Litehouse both have low fat or lite versions of Blue Cheese. I am not a Ranch fan myself but do like the Marketside lowfat Buttermilk Ranch from Walmart....its in the produce section....you could try that with Feta cheese tpped on salad might be close to blue cheese dressing.

I, too, am at a serious plateau for the last year! The first year I lost 50lbs fast.....last year gained and lost the same 10-15lbs.....total weightloss 60lbs but I still have 35 more lbs to go. I have tried everything.

I like this idea.....in a mason canning jar....regular sized one.....mix 1 cup lowfat or fatfree sour cream, lowfat or fatfree mayo, and 1 packet of any Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix. Shake it and keep in fridge.....you can see the amount measurement on side of jar. It is very low in fat and calories.

I think I may check into that Brazaillian Butt Lift......sounds wonderful. And I would LOVE to run BUT still too fat.....too much jiggling going on. And to the person who said learn to love yourself.....that is why I am here on MFP. If I loved myself I would'nt care now would I? I want to be happy and healthy and look good…

yes....and thank you! Although it surely hasnt gotten this bad nor would I try to squeeze into those jeans with crack flowing over but butt is returning to the squarish shape. I want my rounded booty back. PLEASE suggest DVDs as I need direction and can't afford a personal trainer! :)

Hi there! I started March 2011 after having my 2nd baby (12/10) at 247lbs...slowly I have come down....my lowest was 202.4lbs.....today I was 209.5lbs (holidays have gotten to me) I also want to reach 165-170lbs at 5'6 1/2. Please add me for added support! :)

My grandmas were both called just that...my kids call my mom Nana....my grandmas to my kids were GG (great grandma) and Mimi. I know someone who goes by Monet by her grandkids (I think this is French).

My 7 yr old is putzy and always needs breakfast in the morning...so on the go ideas: Whole Wheat waffle w/ Tb Peanut Butter on it with 1/2 banana Granola in with a 6 oz container of yogurt Yes....those mini quiches are easy and can be frozen Vitamuffins Granola bar with fruit String cheese and fruit

I have bands....but dang it only a barbell in the basement.......heavy weights but no room to really do a dvd down there and aint hauling that upstairs....crap.

I havent even opened the box yet but you need equipment? I have 5 lb weights and a weight machine in the basement....what do you all need? Damn...I was hoping to be able to do this in my living room.

Jillian Michaels is a great start fro doing DVDs.....it bit hard for the non-exerciser. But most of her videos are cardio and strength training and when doing over a period of time you can surely feel the tightness in your body.
