you look amazing, although you looked amazing before as well. I can see the difference and I have to agree with you 100% on the mental aspect of working out. I like reading everyone's post and everyone is right. Most people don't want to wake up and workout in the morning especially before 5am, most of us would rather get extra sleep so its definitely rough getting up so early. i am also back, my current weight is the most i have ever weighed, i am trying to lose about 15 pounds and gain muscle. I am definitely very unhappy and uncomfortable with my current weight. I could use some motivation to hopefully achieve the goals i have set for myself.

I am also in a similar situation to you, I can't afford a gym membership and live paycheck to paycheck.
