I know everyone is different, but I found that cutting way down on sugar, simple carbs, and processed foods, the weight has been coming off MUCH more quickly and easily.

I'm sorry but that last statement, I ate 900 calories today, does that mean I will gain weight? I honestly hope this is a troll.

Is the nutrition info posted anywhere? Thanks, this looks yummy! Love my crockpot...

I use the water enhancers like MIO (but Kroger and Walmart have their own brands). MIO has one that tastes exactly like sweet tea, if you like that. They come in all kinds of flavors and add zero calories.

I agree with the others, patience! Unless you have less than 10 or 15 pounds to lose, it is likely going to take more than 60 days. I lost 10 pounds the first two weeks, and then settled into a 1-1 1/2 pounds per week, which is all that you are likely to lose unless you are starting out with 50+ pounds to lose. Having the…

OP, I don't believe anyone here or anywhere stays 100% on program all the time. You have to find what works for you and do it. Trog, are you SURE there's no Twinkie and vodka diet? but seriously, I agree with the others, do some toning and/or buy bigger pants!

Your idea of a cheat day and mine are very different! :drinker:

I used the 17 day diet for the first 17 days and lost 10 pounds. Yes, I could have done the same thing with any calorie deficit that brought me in at the same numbers (around 1200 a day) but for me, this made getting started a bit easier and more interesting and cutting the carbs a bit seems to help for me. I have now…

What part of "no negativity" did everyone not understand? 3 days is not enough time to starve, get loose skin, slow down metabolism, or anything else. It just may be enough time to jump start some weight loss, which can be highly motivational when the loss inevitably slows down. I am on day 14 of the 17 day diet and am…

I am amazed this many people fell for this complete TROLL!
