Oh, and I did do the challenge for yesterday, plus 10 extra pushups. Which is maybe why the burpees were so hard this morning. I only did 15. I'm gonna try and come back later today and do the other 15.

The burpee goes like this: (from a standing position) 1) squat 2) kick your legs behind you so you're in the pushup position 3) do a pushup 4) bring your legs back under you 5) jump into the air with arms above your head. And that's one burpee.

I accomplished something yesterday I haven't done in almost a year of working at a restaurant. I drank only water. I love sugary drinks, and I usually have tons of soda, sweat tea, or powerade. Not any longer!

Awesome goal! My family has an annual thanksgiving football game and the last few years I've been getting less athletic and fatter. So I have a similar goal of being at (or farther than!) 20 lbs lost by then.
