I work 12's. I keep apples, peanut butter and turkey slices in hand at all times!! Quick snack/light meal: green leaf lettuce, slap a little hummus or mustard on there, couple slices of turkey, shredded carrots (sometimes I add a little sharp cheddar) and roll it up like a wrap. Quick, no prep, and yum! :)

I work 6pm to 6am. I log my food and workouts midnight to midnight. "Breakfast" is simply the first meal I eat after midnight.
