No, Over 110 calories Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, unfortunately. :# I strained my back and will be down for a few days. I will focus on clean eating to stay on track.
  • I just joined the site too. I have kept a food journal before. It was never accurate because I would leave somewhere and would forget some of the things I had that day. So I joined this site for that purpose but all the other tools are very helpful. Good Luck....:happy:
