  • For me what it has done is challenge me everyday to hit that 10k steps before leaving work. I have a desk job and its not an easy thing to do . I have already planned a trip to cold stone creamery for a nice big ole scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream. But we are going to spend 4 days walking around theme parks.   • Just remember it is not always just about what the scale says. You could be losing inches everywhere . Your clothes give you another way to judge . Also are you measuring your food? and you might want to open your diary so that others (that know alot more than I do can help you)
  • I am with everyone else. I love the fact it logs automatically for you. I also weigh daily. I am pretty good with technology and mine was a pain in the rear to get it to connect to my network. Tried doing it on my phone and 2 different laptops before i finally got it to work.
  • True geographically speaking .. But Florida is the only state that the further north you are the further south you get. South florida is so not southern at all. Jacksonville Florida here
  • Its listed as 1/6th a cup because when i added that item to "my foods" i scanned the bar code on the bag. a 1/3 of a cup is the serving which is 28 grams. and when i put it on my broc this evening i only weighed up 14 grams..   • My question basically is more focused towards my diet. Just trying to prevent going into starvation mode and i guess i just am confused about if what i am consuming is really enough and if not what changes or additions would people suggest.

  • Both my wife and I have the flex and we both love the fitbit flex. We also have the aria scale. It does help keep me motivated . It makes me want to use that extra lunch time to go walk instead of sitting at my desk. I also love the alarm feature. Its nice to not wake my wife up when the "alarm" goes off in the morning…
  • I have had mine for a a couple months now and i love it also. It helps me stay motivated and move more because i can see how much or how little i have walked through out my day.
  • My wife and I both are on our weight loss journey. Myself just getting started and her closer to the end of her journey. I plan on losing a total of 77lbs to get down to 200lbs even.
