  • First I would buy a new scale. You could be losing in places you don't generally measure? If nothing is truly changing you might also tell a doctor. I'm sure you're fine but it seems strange that such a drastic change in lifestyle hasn't affected your weight. Hang in there! Don't give up yet.
  • Yes definitely get an inhaler. Don't stress out your lungs, you need them. Asthma at its worst is so terrible you shouldn't risk aggravating the condition. I also have exercise induced asthma, can't run, but can do the elliptical. I think because the elliptical has a smooth motion that makes it easier to manage breathing.…
