Wow girl have some patience LOL I have been doing this for a month now and I am only down 5lbs and I worked darn hard for those 5lbs. I eat below my calories and i work out everyday. You have to be patient and keep positive. The way I look at it....it took me years to put it all on so I have to think it might take the same…

Id be more then happy to help with some motivation. Dont give up I was stuck for two weeks. I DRASTICALLY changed everything I was doing and was dissappointed that the scale didnt follow suit but it is coming off slowly and I am glad I didnt give up. Feel free to add me if you like!!

Thank you everyone for your helpful responses!!! I am going to try and find a good deal on one today!!!

I used to have one but there was absolutely no resistence on mine so I wasnt getting the workout I wanted but I am positive that it is not the smae as an elliptical. I now run on the elliptical and the workout is much more hard core. I would say count it as walking.

Great attitude to have!

I am 5ft11 and I cant even imagine what I would look like at 135lbs now, that is 100 bls lighter then I am now. Good for you! My goal rightnow is to get under 200lbs. I will re-evaluate then!

Great motivational post! Running on the eliptical and ALMOST getting to 6kms today (5.83kms) made me smile! Doing a spoon cheers with both my boys as we ate our cereal all together watching some cartoons before work! Just writing this has made me smile again, thank you!!

I am a single mom with two jobs so I take advantage of my early morning workout as my ALONE TIME. I put on my headphones and go into MY world for 20 whole mins!!!
-
Good tips! Thanks!

I make sure I do it first thing. I get up at 5am to get my run in before work. I work two jobs and have two kids so I am busy too and I was finding that everytime I said I would do it in the evening it never got done, I always found something else to do or was just too tired. The morning workout gives me energy and wakes…

I have the same issue, I have already lost 70lbs and I want to lose 35 more but the more I do the worse my skin is so I am interested to hear the advice and comments
-
I am having the very same issue. I have been on MFP for a month now. I went from eating probably somwhere close to 2500 calories a day (an embarrassing truth) to eatin so healthy, under 1600 calories a day. I went from not working otu at all to working out at least four times a week. I have completely changed my lifestyle.…

AWESOME ADVICE!!!

I agree 100% when I was trying to find "ME" time in the evenings it was impossible. By the time I got all the dinner and kid stuff done it was much too late and I was way to tired. Now I get up at 5am just to run and I LOVE IT!!

Thanks for the feedback, its a appreciated and I will give it a try! I have been working on my abs as well but its tough work for sure

I am also a mom on the go and know how hard it can be to eat smart when you are so busy. I try and make at least one or two meals on the weekend that I can just pop in the oven when I get home, stuff like Sheppards pie with culiflower instead of potatoes and lasgna with whole week pasta. My kids have also become very fond…

STOP! Be proud of what you have accomplished and set some real goals for yoursalf. I dont suggest being underweight as one of them. Try concentrating on some healthy goals like running a marathon or doing a certain work out or getting a six pack or something. Sometimes we forget to stop and appreciate our blessings. You…

STAY MOTIVATED!!! Look at all the support you have, we are cheering you on!! I agree maybe add some more friends and open up your food diary and see if anyone can help. Also I might suggest seeing a doctor. About ten years ago I was working out six days a week for over an hour a day and eating right and I wasnt losing at…

Chicken Quesidillas (sorry about spelling) are pretty easy and not pricey and good for protein and you can make smart choices to make them even healthier. I use Whole Wheat wraps, fat free all natuaal salsa, chicken, skim milk mozza cheese and fat free sour cream. They are tasty and super easy, even good on the barbeque!…

SPANX.......LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!!!!

Awesome job!!! At least they are too big, too small would be much worse LOL You are very motivating. I am down to a 16 from a 24 and it feels great!!!! I gave all my "fat" clothes away. I never want to have to wear them again. Still stuck with that last 38lbs I am having trouble getting rid of. That is why I am here. I…

What about fruit kabobs with yogurt dip??

Sounds really good!

We all have our bad days, try not to let one bad meal turn into a whole bad day and even if it does TODAY is a new day and get right back on track. Sometimes we have to give ourselves a little treat so we dont blow out of control. Dont beat yourself up about something you cant change. Keep positive and Take Care!

Im so glad you asked this question I got some great ideas from reading all the responses.

I have to ask, what is INSANITY????
-
Support is important. I know it hard to watch others around you not even have to try but everyone has their "crutch". Keep positive and stay strong. Add me if you like. GOOD LUCK!
