I had something similar when I first got started about two months ago. I went from hardly any exercise to working out intensely everyday. After the first week I got really sick... like my immune system just died. Took me a little over a week to recover but I weened myself back into it. Now I'm working out every day more…

I'm an energetic 23 year old who works with a bunch of lazy old men all day.. I have the best job in the world as an electrical engineer and get to travel to amazing places for work. In the past 6 months I have been on 9 work assignments - taking me to places I never thought I'd get the chance to go including Australia and…

Try to get out of the house - if you're too tired/lazy to workout, distract yourself with friends, shopping, activities. It'll make you forget about food cravings. And drink a lot of water.. that helps me

I make plain popcorn. A huge bowl of it is like ~250 calories and I can spend an hour just slowly munching away. It helps with my food cravings

The largest I've been is probably about 150 and it really didn't look good for my body type - I carry everything in my hips/thighs

yup - I follow MFP net calories. Sometimes I don't need to eat as much, but cycling, running, and rock climbing make me hungry! If I didn't my net calories would be in the negatives significantly

cycling/rock climbers/people in MD/ anyone add me!
-
Add me if you're into rock climbing, cycling, traveling, etc. Esp if you're in the MD/DC area!

I am the exact same way. If I drink, I can't just have one.. and it makes me crave junk food. I tried moderation but it wasn't working so I went completely dry.. and I felt sooo much better. Now if I have a drink or two I feel kind of sick - still get the cravings. I just will never be a "drinker" again. If I were you I'd…
