Hey, feel free to check out my pictures. I had a tummy tuck in January at 90kg. They removed a good 4kg of fat. I'm currently 79kg, and still have another 10-15kg to lose before I'm at my goal weight. Because I hadn't finished losing weight beforehand, I still have some loose skin on my tummy when I'm bending forward or on…

This. When I gain a few kg back, it always seems much more horrible than it did the first time I weighed that amount! Weird..

I'm 80kg and an Australian 12/14 (US 10 I believe?)

Still hasn't happened, despite having a tummy tuck!! I still feel massive, it's awful.

I've lost over 55kg and the last 20kg or so doesn't seem to have made a difference to my face!

I had a tummy tuck complete with muscle repair, and couldn't exercise for the first two weeks. I went from running 10km regularly with 2+ hours in the gym, to nothing. I started walking, gradually building up the distance, followed by adding in a few stints of jogging. When I could jog most of the distance (10-12km) I…

Agree with the others. I'm 26 and needed surgery after losing 50kg, two cesareans etc. I had a massive apron, covered near half of my thighs, and to be just 25 and have that, it was disabling and depressing. So I had a tummy tuck a few months ago, and I still have another 10-15kg to lose to be where I want to be. But now…

Pseudoephedrine has always killed my appetite completely..

I had to have surgery to get rid of mine. But it was worth it completely! There's before/afters in my profile if you want to check it out. My above the belly bulge was caused by my abdominal muscles separating from my pregnancies, which is incredibly common. And the bottom bulge covered my bits and was just yuck. I still…

I'm an Australian 12/14 at the moment, and I'd like to lose another 14-23kg, so maybe that will put me into a size 8/10?

Another who's entire life has changed to some degree. Back at 135kg, I was very much introverted, friends I rarely ever saw, I wasn't interested in self development, and was rather comfortable sitting at home all day eating away my worries. Now, I'm studying again and have almost finished my nursing degree, I'm a volunteer…

I get an odd one of a banana, that looks strangely like one used in sex education classes to demonstrate barrier contraception use..

Weaknesses: Continually psychoanalysing a certain someone in my life; Accents, oh my how they make my heart do flip flops; Thinking the grass is always greener, but I need to keep reminding myself that if I keep tending to, and nurturing my own grass, it will be just as green; Social relationships, I'm very much an…

After a lifetime of being obese, I'm STILL addicted to the quick fix. The first week or three were fine, slow and steady, but then I got impatient and went boom shanka, dropped a lot quickly. Then stalled with binging. Then lost a lot quickly, then stalled with binging, it's a never ending cycle, bouts of bulimia thrown…

I have Bipolar type II, which includes many cycles of deep depression that come on suddenly, out of nowhere. For me, the one thing that has helped me IMMENSELY is Transactional Analysis. Google it. It's a form of therapy, however I've never actually had therapy, I just research it all myself, and apply it to my own life…

I weigh everyday. And write my daily weight in a diary. It's fantastic to look back over, and find where I need to pick myself up :)
