You have a very nice smile.

I have this and had to give up on the metformin and just work it out with diet and exercise alone. They told me two weeks but I was still sick on them almost two years later. That is the bad news. The good news is with patience diet and exercise have worked for me. I hope it all works out for you no matter what you choose…

I go to spin at 430 and I was really worried about this but hate to eat in the morning. I tried protein shakes or breakfast and ended up with stomach aches. I just do better to come home and eat after but everyone is different.

Congrats!

Peanut butter and jelly. My fav.

I suggest wellbutrin. The success rate is good and it curbs your appetite. I successfully didn't gain when I quit using it.

You're gorgeous! Enjoy and good luck with the final stretch :)

Probably not. I think we all have our own natural pace when we run. If you're running for exercise listen to your body and eventually you'll find your own groove.

I am. I stopped the met after it made me terribly sick to my stomach for almost a year. I took my physical therapists advice instead. I work out hard 5 days a week and try to watch my calories and especially my carbs. It's a hard road but it's working. Good Luck! :)

I don't have one but I have been looking into it and that sounds high but you never really know with Zumba. I know a friend of mine burns about 6-700. I do know that the new balance HRM Pearl at Target with the chest strap is seemingly accurate and about 70$. It's the one I'm getting if I decide to get one.

Popcorn and m and m's or cucumber slices in ranch.

Kinect Dance Central. It is fun and it tracks your calories.

It will move. Have you spoken to your doctor? Sometimes diabetes meds are difficult to lose weight on. Don't get discouraged. You can do it.

My husband is deploying soon and I'm in the same boat feel free to message me or friend me.
