YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! Glad you're back Ross and I hope your work isn't toooooooo stressful! I am absolutely rubbish with anything technological/mathmatical etc so I am definitely out of the running for helping with the spreadsheet I'm afraid. :frown: This group is an AWESOME place to discuss NSV's :drinker:…

HAPPY THURSDAY EVERYONE!!! I had a :noway: moment this morning..... I got on the scales and they showed me 11st 3.5lbs (157.5lbs)!!!! I had to get off and on again 3 times in different locations around my bathroom before I would believe it! -2lbs from last week and the lowest I've been in 2011! Only 3lbs more until…

Nuts and seeds are good. They keep your energy up and keep you fuller longer. You do feel a bit like a squirrel when you're eating them though! Try to make sure they are unsalted though.

 BRILLIANT! Printing it out and pinning it to my wall at work!

I can't believe it's weigh in tomorrow! Haven't had the best of weeks - exercise has almost completely disappeared and I've been over my calories a few times - but the scale is still telling me I'm going down so I hope it doesn't completely jump up and bit me on the bum tomorrow! :frown: Good luck to everyone else!

If you're finding it demoralising then yes it is bad. Those weight fluctuations are probably just water retention and nothing to worry about. I personally weigh myself everyday as I like to know I'm on the right track, but I factor in added water and don't let little gains worry me. Most people on MFP will recommend…

 Calibri and actually rather like Times New Roman when it is in italics. Then there are the classics of Arial, Verdana and Tahoma  Wingdings 2 is good for symbols especially ticks! Comic Sans reminds me of school but I still use it sometimes :ohwell:

LOVE THIS!!! I have started doing similar thinsg with Chocolate and it really does work. My main issue with weight gain was portion control and I seem to have this under control now. Thank you for posting this article! I will definitely keep these things in mind!

3 years! Haven't found anyone that I want to spend loads of time with and quite happy on my own. :D

I'm guessing that it's juts sore muscle pain. It doesn't hurt all the time just when I breathe in deeply or sneeze etc. I'm sure it will ease in time! Thank you for the advice! I will certainly talk a closer look at my form during the workouts.

I can't bear waster either! Please don't through it out. Freeze it is a good option or just have smaller portions over a few days! The neighbour option is also a good one. I must say, I'm very surprised at your bf! Most of my male friends will eat anything no matter whether it is leftovers or fresh.

LemonSocks I am on it!!!! That loss is amaaaaaaaaaaazing!!!! Well done :drinker: I have lost 1lb this week which has taken me into the 150's (if only by 1/2lb). Good luck to everyone else

Don't panic! That is your first job! This has happened to me about 5-6 times since I started MFP, but now I've found a routine that seems to work for my body and I seem to be breaking through that 'plateau'. Try drinking more water, or going back through your logs to see if there is anything that may have caused your weigh…

Anyone else chowing down the water in preparation for tomorrow's weigh in? I am!!! Good luck to everyone

There is always prunes, dates or figs. Apples help me too. I don't know how high they are in carbs but at least they are a natural way to ease the blockage. Also, drink plenty of water as that can really help. I used to suffer A LOT when I was a teenager and I've found that just drinking more water and eating at regular…

I have NEVER changed myself just to secure a boyfriend. I can't stand it when women 'dumb it down' when a bloke comes on the scene! However, I am a MASSIVE relationship retard and almost constantly single, so what do I know!? I'd just rather find someone who likes me for me rather than try to be someone I'm not,…

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! I was taking a sip of water as I read this! I nearly ended up with a wet computer! BRILLIANT!!! :D

I try not too but really don't like eating before work. I now FORCE myself to have at least a glass of soya milk (I tend not to drink normal milk) before I leave the house then have a coffee when I get to work. I get a little bit peckish before lunch (aka NOW!) but it sees me through fine!

I'm in the UK and most supermarkets do sushi packs for approximately £2 - £4 depending on the size! I find that a medium pack leaves me feeling satisfied and a large pack leaves me feeling full! Sushi is WONDERFUL! It's delicious and good for you! I wish I could afford to eat it everyday! lol

CONGRATULATIONS to BLUE BERRIES for being the first to enter all of their weights on the spreadsheet!! :drinker:
