HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!! I've just weighed in for the last time.... Boo hoo hoo :sad: I'm down to 156lbs this week. Only 0.5lb loss this week but 5lb loss in total as start weight was 161lbs. I haven't met my goal yet but sometimes can't face logging on to MFP (sorry guys.... I love it the majority of the time). As you have met your goal, take a holiday from it. Sometimes it is needed. If you feel like you're slipping into old habits again then come back to us :happy:

I like teams! They keep me motivated as I don't want to let the side down! :happy: It would be good to have a challenge that tracks weight and inches lost. I'm not a massive fan of mini challenges within challenges. :frown: 12 weeks is a good time frame! These are only my opinions though! :bigsmile:

DITTO!!!! I've cut out the boozing and save it for maybe once a month (it saves money as well as calories). I have a very structured routine during the week and the lack of this at the weekends really throws me! My water intake is virtually non-existant and I eat *bad* food at abnormal times! I need to figure out a weekend…
