I went to this website: http://caloriesburnedhq.com/zumba-calories-burned/ to get the calories burned doing zumba and added to my exercise. Not sure how accurate it is but it gives me a little over 600 calories based off my weight, mins and intensity.

I like that I am strong enough now to do a full routine of Insanity without stopping. I still modify or reduce my pace but I don't quit.

I'm 42 and I have been struggling with this myself. My hips are rapidly decreasing while my belly is slowly decreasing and I do mean slowly. I'm a curvy woman but at this rate my hips will be smaller than my belly. YIKES!
