  • Can I ask what made you come to this realization? I've always thought that an overall calorie count is just as effective when losing weight.
  • They popular opinion seems to be bringing bags of snacks. I can't stand nuts (except boiled peanuts but those aren't nuts anyways), so those are out of the questions. I will definitely be trying the tuna and beans recipe. Any other creative suggestions? You guys are awesome.
