Frozen veggie sausage is a nice change! I like Quorn the best! For drinks try almond or soy milk, they mix well with protein powder and don't need a blender really nice and creamy

Would love to see some thoughts on this, because I'm in the same boat.. Was doing really well, 10lbs down then my thesis took over and end of term parties and I'm back where I started.. So mad/disgusted at myself but trying to get positive and on track again.. Actually broke my rule about not shopping until I hit 15 lbs…

hey not sure what your injury is, so be sure and run anything past your doctor, but if you have access, swimming could be less impact and a really good workout..

So true.. but I have seen some guys with killer pins rock a pair of fishnets to!

yeah I'm in the same boat.. have always had giant man calves ! like 15-16 inches.. I was a figure skater and a diver growing up and a runner now, so they are pretty strong, but just once I'd love to by like knee high boots that I could actually zip up! Only thing I've found to slim them out are sky high heels!

try a lower calorie protein shake, or a small handful of nuts, spinach, dark leafy greens, and broccoli have calcium, iron and protein. Other options are chickpeas, broad beans, and lentil are also great choices, that won't hurt your calories too much.. and can prep bean salads in advance to take on the go! Good luck

Hey yeah I find myself getting really freaked out or panicky when I'm going to have a bad day, or have gone over or something and then get really dissapointed with myself and essentially say F-it for the day and pig out.. Now that I've started recognizing it, I try to treat those meals/snacks that are less than ideal…

That's pretty harsh.. its only been like an hour and a half since the OP...
-
sorry ps.. the two weeks off there is a 'maintenance' menu, that will help you ease back into a more healthy pace without yo-yoing... Regardless of how much you do or don't lose in the next two weeks, just walk into your event, put a big smile on your face and know you're making great decisions and be proud of yourself!…

In a pinch, the scarsdale diet will drop you around 14 lbs in 14 day if you are really strict about it you should be able to find it if you google scarsdale medical diet, it should be the second link google finds.. Its a 2 week on 2 week off diet, SO only do it for the 14 days, but it should get at least a stone off you…
