Breakfast: Oatmeal shake with Chia Seeds Blend together cooked oatmeal with Almond Milk, Chia Seeds (soaked overnight) and cinnamon. Super filling :)

1/20: Exercise: 60 minutes Spinning Total for the week 200 minutes...... hope I can do better next week.

Forgot to post my Thursday workout: 1/16: 50 minutes Spinning Water Intake 104 oz. Total workout for the week: 140 minutes.... need to get another hour in before Tuesday. Feeling a little better today from my cold, but not ready to hit the gym today. Hopefully tomorrow :) Happy Sunday to everyone!

Everyone is doing such a GREAT job with this challenge!!! YES... I agree the water intake is alot. I have yet to reach my target. Just trying to add a little more each day :)

Ok.... walk of shame.....:blushing: :noway: I am sorry to report that I was not focused this weekend :( I hate leaning onto excuses.... BUT I had my inlaws come stay with me Fri - Sun, and it was NOT easy. I did really good on Friday..... BUT then on Saturday it was bad and Sunday was even worse. I did not log my food or…

Friday 8/23: Logged all my food.... and had some BAD things in there :( But I stayed with in my calories since I had a great workout to make up for it. Drank 8 glasses water Exercised.... so 1 out of 3 is done. And did 150 crunches :)

Thursday 8/22: I logged ALL of my food in today. (Even the not so good stuff) and I still was under in my cals. I also drank 9 glasses of water today (and spent half the day in the bathroom) LOL!
