I started this journey on Jan 1 2012. I have since then lost almost 30 lbs. It was a slow weightloss, but I am happy with my results. PW: 157.4 CW: 158 :ohwell: Although I had a gain in this week's weigh in, it was actually a 3 lbs gain when I weighed in on Sunday. So I am glad that I got some of that weight off. Now time to focus on moving forward! NO MORE EXCUSES :bigsmile:
