  • I really love the 30-day shred because no matter how tired I am, I can always convince myself to just do a 20-minute video. I've been alternating the DVD with running on other days, just to give my muscles a rest....and that seems to work really well for me.
  • I'd start doing weight training every other day...light weights, lots of reps. That will give you muscle, but not bulk. Another thing, the skin fold test is one of the least accurate ways to measure body fat percentage (there is a good 4-10% margin of error)...also human error contributes if the tester doesn't really know…
