  • My goals for this month is to stay in the challenge until the end ^^ But also, I would like to lose about 0.5 kilos per week and try to exercise more than 30 minutes per day.
  • Hello everyone! I have already joined the group last month but unfortunately I didn't manage to stay until the end ^^'. Last month, this challenge has helped me a lot to stay focus and motivated. Without the challenge I really tend to not track everything so it is very useful for me. I hope this time I will stay until the…
  • Hello everyone :) Unfortunately, I am not in the challenge anymore :/ I have been sick the last week and I had a lot to do. I was exhausted so I was not able to track my meals neither to do 20 minutes of workout each day. I wish you all the best and I will be there for the next challenge :D Keep it up guys! :D
  • Thank you very much for your support, it's very appreciated :D Think that if you don't do any exercise, it will be a vicious cycle because you will loose less weight and feel the same again. One pound less on the scale is one pound less : be proud of it! :D Look at your diary maybe to see what you can change and if you…

  • Today was really a hard day because I am an emotional eater and when I have too much emotions (I don't know how to say that), I crave for "comfort" food. Since a few days I saw it coming (each day I ate a couple of croissants more). Today I felt really happy because everything was well (my diet, my studies...) so I just…

  • Today I weight myself and I have lost 1 kg (about 2.2lbs) since last week :D I am very happy, it is more than expected! The UAC plays a big part in this weight loss because without it, it would be too easy for me to skip a day of exercises or to eat too much and say "Oh, we'll see tomorrow!". I hope your journey with this…

  • I have just seen this post today morning, I am a bit late here. I choose challenge #3. I really want to exercise more so today I did 40 minutes (T25 + 15 minutes of abs, dips, push ups, pull up *well... at least I have tried the pull ups*...). Tomorrow I'll do 50 minutes because it's T25 double day Friday ^^ Good luck all…

  • I started to feel not good at all (very tired, headaches, not motivated) then I neglected myself a bit and at the end I didn't even want to go out my apartment. I want to be with my friends, to find a job, to be in a good mood and I thing I need to be in a good health in order to do that.

  • 1) When I lose control of my routine, I just quit my healthy habits. For example, if I plan to go to the gym but I can't because I have some unexpected things to do, I will feel frustrated and quit. 2) Also, I am an emotional eater and when I feel overwhelmed, I just want to eat.
  • Thank you for your nice answers :) I think MFP will help me be consistent and create a habit. I love to have a routine but when I lost control of it, when unexpected things happen, I quit my habits. I have to learn that I can adapt and be consistent. Daily/weekly/monthly goals are also a good idea because I don't have…
  • Hello! I am happy that I have found this challenge because it is just what I need : my main problem is to keep on track especially with my workouts! I plan to do T25 on weekdays because I already had some good results with it. For the week-end, I'll try to work on my flexibility with some "yoga for newbies" exercises (I am…
