That's the way it is for me too. I drink a lot more water if it has ice and a straw. A squeeze of lemon juice is nice too.

I have Accessory Navicular Syndrome (an extra bone in my feet) and arthritis and as a result can not do any impact workouts but have gotten good results with isometrics. Yep. I've visited Utah and it doesn't surprise me at all. Probably happens often, just doesn't make the news. I don't think it is a very wise way to spend your money.

I only record loses because if I see a gain it's usually only a pound or 2 and just due to the time of day I weighed or temporary water weight from too much salt. If I were to have gained say 3 lbs or more, I would log that.

I used to have wine almost daily but since I started trying to lose weight, I limit it to the weekend. I would rather have 3 glasses in one day than 1 glass a day for 3 days.

I like to use it in place of sour cream, in a smoothie, as a dip with ranch seasoning, and as a marinade. I just can't eat it by itself.
