Sounds yummy! And a good protein boost. :-)

On the rare occasion that I travel I tend to not drink enough water. Gotta keep that stuff strapped to your hip! ;-)

Thanks!

The quiz isn't on their site anymore. It looks like they got in trouble with realage.com. :-( They posted a link to another questionnaire - http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/HealthAge.html Actual Age: 30 Typical Life Expectancy: 74 Your Life Expectancy: 97 Your Health Age: 7

I like Coke Zero for the occasional soda. Sometimes you just gotta burp lol! When I'm tired of just plain water I get those little Crystal Light (or store brand it's cheaper) powders that you pour into water bottles. It makes drinking water so much better. :-)

Bah it's okay to have a treat once in a while.

Yoga would be great, but only if your back problems are muscular. If it is a spine/bone problem yoga probably won't help much or even make it worse. But, keep that walking up! :-)

Keep up the good work!

Yep, it's probably muscle so no worries. However, I agree with CM. Make sure you are getting that heart rate up. Climb a few hills during your walk, that should work! ;-)

I'm 5'8" 220 lbs and my goal is to get down to 175, but I would be thrilled just to get below 200 at this point. I told my husband I would be sooo happy to be 199.9999999 lol! I'm a stress eater, so I have to be really careful. I tend to yo-yo a little bit (10 lb loss, gain it back, etc) and that can be really unhealthy.…

Here is a good site to get nutritional info on foods that may not be in the myfitnesspal database yet. Check it out! http://www.calorieking.com/foods/

I found this on the web for you. Scroll down to the 'Beginner Workouts' section. There are some great exercises there. http://exercise.about.com/cs/exbeginners/a/exforbeginners.htm

I agree with slp2007...eat some bfast! Even if it's just a little something like a piece of toast. There are all kinds of exercises you can do in your room. You can do situps, pushups (off the wall if you are weak-armed like me lol), lay on the floor and do leg-lifts, really just anything that gets ya moving. And don't…

I am an emotional eater too. When things are tough I gain weight. This is something I'm working on and it's a hard road. I try to not treat myself for feeling bad like, "Oh I had a bad day...I deserve some ice cream.". I think having the ice cream in moderation is okay, but using it to make myself feel better emotionally…

I feel your pain. I hate having my picture taken bc I don't want to see the reality of my weight. Of course, we are probably all WAY too hard on ourselves. We just have to keep positive and keep on track! :-)
