Maybe try adding more strength training to your routine. It will help you burn more calories at rest. I agree with others on here, don't get too low on those calories!

Just an update: I decided to start off with 14/10. I fast 9pm-11am. I've been doing it for 4 days now. It was only rough the first day. Otherwise, no issues! I drink green tea and lots of water during the fasting period. Thanks again for all the advice!

I tried it for about 2 months. I was super careful with my diet so I wouldn't crap my pants lol. It started to give me a pretty severe rash on my arms and scalp so I had to stop. During the time I took it I only lost a few lbs. Not really worth it imho.

I'm not sure yet. I'm still trying to figure out what will work best for me. If I usually exercise in the evening should I be fasting during that time?

I like to make a full batch of quinoa all at once, it keeps in the fridge for about a week. A quick meal I enjoy is heating up some shelled edamame in the microwave and putting it on top of warm quinoa. Just flavor with some salt and butter (I use Brummel and Brown). It's a very filling meal. :-)

YES! It is so good! I like to mix it and add mini semi-sweet morsels and dip apples in it for a sweet treat.

I agree, it's really tough to find the time! The Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred is great for packing in a good workout in a short time. I also enjoy Chris Freytag's workouts. Check out her 10 Pound Slimdown series.

I drink the Slim Fast Optima Chocolate Royale for breakfast everyday. I'm not a big breakfast eater so the shake gets something in my stomach. I think it is very yummy! The Optima meal replacement bars are also great. My favorite is the Caramel Crispy Peanut. It's like eating a candy bar. :tongue:

The grilled chicken wraps are also great at McDonalds if you get bored with the salad. ;-) Keep up the good work!
