  • Hi I have joined late!! Wanting to shed my last 20 pounds by Christmas! Really plateued recently and have been stuck at current weight pretty much all summer. Need accountability so please add as friend and shout at me when I'm not logging food and exercise! My stats are: SW - 217 CW - 149 GW - 129

  • Hello all!! I am back after my 7 day all inclusive vacation! I admit I really did just let myself relax but after all my target had been to loose 40 pounds for the holiday which I managed to do!! I left for hol on 23rd June and was : 173 pounds When I got back on 1st July I was : 181 pounds!!! (I was horrified!!) However…

  • Hey thanks for the fab advice and support! I lost 2 pounds so am happy! Thinking about upping calories by 50 a day once a week for a few weeks as I think I need to start eating a bit more again now :-)

  • Had a wedding last weekend so avoiding weighing in until Friday!!!
  • GW for end of May: 181 (189 at the min - well I was before pigging out today!!!)
  • I survived the party but just finished polishing off a KFC!!!! Going to relax tonight and hit gym hard tomorrow! I'm seeing it as a reward seen as went since 20th feb with 1100 cals or less every day and 28 pounds down (maybe more like 26 after today!
  • Argh needing motivation today! Haven't been to gym since Monday and can't be bothered! Had first white bread in about 2 months at work earlier I feel gross and bloated and it's my husbands birthday this weekend so I'm going to be surrounded by take aways and alcohol .....nightmare!!!

  • Maybe this is the motivation we needed to get our bums into gear!!! I'm going to try and hit the gym every night and see if that makes any difference. Feeling down because only lost 1 pound in 2 weeks now but just need to keep at it, just keep thinking about buying nice clothes for holiday :-)

  • He's probably only trying to be helpful! I always make my fella promise me to stop me from eating rubbish but as soon as he says something when Im halfway through a pack of biscuits he gets shouted at by me!
