So, if you're eating so low and you're not losing weight, what could it hurt to up your calories a little? The worst thing, the absolutely worst thing that could happen is you gain a little weight. That happens go back to what you're doing now. I'm wondering if your body isn't just compensating for that dramatic 8 lb loss…

Okay, not the end of the world. Even if you ate uncontrollably for a month, you can still fix it. If you've been super strict in the past, that may be why you sort of lost it. You need moderation. Enjoy the treats now and then, build them into your allowances. I agree with jaga13's post <3

Do you have more details about the challenge? Is it just weight? A % of body weight? Do they take any other variables into account? If you are determined to do it, just exercise and log your food. Keep your diary open and ask for people to check it for accountability. Then accept that even if you don't win you'll be…

Well hello loves! There are several PCOS groups you may want to join. Having PCOS just gives us a few extra challenges to overcome; still mostly a game of mathematics, but now you're just including some hormones in the equation, lol!

Radical hysterectomy (laparoscopic) nearly two years due to uterine cancer. Also had (still have, WTF?) PCOS. Actually haven't had many difficulties from the hysterectomy (yay!), but the PCOS doesn't like carbs... once I lowered those I found that many other symptoms got better. Not sure this helps, but at least you know…

Eat natural foods (fruits, veggies, etc.), drink water, log your food, exercise. There's no rocket science, just hard work. There are formulas you can follow, and you can weigh your food, but it's not 100% necessary (I don't and I lose). If you are looking to lose a lot by a specific date, see a nutritionist or a doctor as…
