Start with a dumbell bench press. Lie on the bench and choose dumbbells that you can get about 10-12 reps with. Use the same form as you would with a bench press and just work your way up! Good luck on picking things up and putting them down. :)

Go to bodybuilding.com or vitacost.com for the best prices. Optimum Nutrition 100% whey and Dymatize ISO-100 are by far the best an purest proteins I have come across for a great price (around $27). Btw, body fortress from Walmart is full Of junk/fillers. If you want something good, stay away from Walmart supps.

MUSCLE DOES NOT WEIGH MORE THAN FAT! 1 lb of muscle weighs the same as 1lb of fat! However, 1 lb of muscle takes up MUCH less space that 1lb of fat. Also, it takes about a yr for a woman to gain roughly 5 lbs of muscle (give or take), and that's if the diet is in point and she consistently lifts HEAVY in the gym.

Skull crushers and close grip bench presses have really added some mass/depth to my arms. I've noticed it more since incorporating these two heavily into my arm days. Also, cutting my rest time even more between sets helps!

A quick suggetion: Hit the weights FIRST, swallow a protein shake and a quick digesting carb then bang out your cardio. Can't wait to hear your success story!
