Cottage cheese, Alfs puffed wheat cereal, canned tuna. I have also gotten addicted to Vegan Boca Veggie burgers. I know it probably doesnt sound very appetizing (Im not vegan btw) but they are SO good and only 70 calories each with a hefty dose of protein. 4 in a pack, quick fix and totally worth it!

Yes, and there seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. Nothing helps it either. Sometime if I have a super hot beverage it can help a little. I just have to wait it out till the next morning.

As far as logging food from restaurants, i usually just break it down by ingredient i.e. type of fish, approximate size, etc. You can probably find some meals in the data base too (like sushi tuna roll 6 pc). I also tend to log on the high end. For example if the fish is tilapia and 1oz is 70 calories I may just log it as…

Ive eaten it a day later. Not as good as fresh but still ok. Just keep it covered well. BTW, my sushi is never tempura or with mayonnaise based sauces. So Im not sure how well that kind would hold up.

The best motivation for me is seeing the progress. When I started , I was using 5 lb weights and HATED jumping lunges because I could barely do 1! Now Im using 15-40lb weights (depending on the muscle group and exercise) and LOVE jumping lunges! I can do way more of them than I need to consecutively. If you will just start…

puffed wheat with greek yogurt, cinnamon and cantaloupe for breakfast, coffee to drink. Luch was 2 vegan boca burgers wrapped in cooked egg white and lettuce wrap; lastly a 6oz fage greek yogurt . Dinner remains to be seen.

When you find yourself sooo hungry at the end of the day or whenever, dont gorge on cake, cookies, and ice cream. Eat more healthy food.
